- What is the delivery time in the Netherlands?
Packages within the Netherlands will be shipped the same day if ordered before 5:00 PM. Orders after 5:00 PM are often shipped the next day. This means that the package is always shipped out the same day or a day later, depending on what time you order.
Please note: if a product is not in stock, this will be stated in the product description.
- What is the delivery time outside the Netherlands?
Packages abroad are shipped just as quickly as domestic packages. These will arrive between 2-5 days depending
of the country. For Belgium this is 2 days, for Germany 3. For France
this can take up to 5 days.
- What about warranty?
All our products have a warranty period of 2 years. Has the period expired? We would then like to get in touch with you to see how we can still help you. Please contact us with your questions so that we can best assess whether you are eligible for a warranty.
- What is the fastest way to contact me?
On working days, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, we can be easily reached by telephone and email. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
