Flick upWanneer je de bal over de grond richting de rebounder passt dan komt hij door de lucht terug. Op deze manier train je op een realistische manier om lastige ballen vanuit de lucht te controleren. Rebound hoogDe hoge rebound kant kaatst de bal altijd terug op een middelhoog niveau. Hierdoor train je op je passing, aanname, kaats en reactie. Rebound laagMet het lage rebound net krijg je ballen laag terug, zodat je normale passjes kunt trainen.
