- What is the delivery time within the Netherlands?
Packages within the Netherlands are shipped the same day if ordered before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are often shipped the next day. This means the package is always sent out the same day or the following day, depending on the time you order.
Note: if a product is out of stock, this will be stated in the product description.
- What is the delivery time outside the Netherlands?
Packages to foreign countries are shipped just as quickly as domestic packages. They arrive within 2-5 days depending
on the country. For Belgium, it is 2 days, for Germany 3. For France,
this can take up to 5 days.
- What about the warranty?
All our products have a warranty period of 2 years. Has the period expired? Then we would be happy to contact you to see how we can still assist you. Please contact us with your questions, so we can best assess whether you qualify for warranty.
